The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Customer service leading up to the trip was excellent — very responsive and helpful. They accommodated an early check-in and allowed us to store our bags after check-out, which we really appreciated. However, we had a significant issue with the doors and locks, and especially the after-hours support. When we arrived, we could get in, but none of the exterior doors were secured. We struggled to lock them even while following the provided hurricane door instructions. We had to leave for dinner and were unable to get timely help — we were on hold for a long time and had to repeat the same information multiple times without resolution. When we returned, neither keypad code worked, leaving us locked out while the house had been unsecured when we left. Once we finally got back in, we found second-floor balcony doors blown wide open.We eventually reached a knowledgeable staff member around 10:30pm who resolved everything. While I’m glad it was fixed, this was a serious safety concern for our group. I would recommend improving both the locking system and competency of after-hours support.

We loved the pool and the fact that you step out the front door and there is the Cabana pool and playground. we were informed the coffee pot was broken when we arrived and within a short time someone arrived with a new machine. The new machine was great, having both Keurig and ground coffee capabilities. Already discussing renting next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a great house that needs some maintenance work: dryer doesn’t work, oven smells like something is burning every time we used it, dishwasher tilts down every time you pull the drawers out and it falls forward/down and the freezer door is hard to close.
