Great location, lovely rooms
While it clearly states no lift, the third floor is a lot of stairs!

The rooms are very large & well-appointed. Charme is very clean & well cared-for. Daily cleaning staff were very helpful. Nice to be able to open windows & enjoy the views (on upper floors).
Be advised that due to the historical nature of the building, there is no elevator; be prepared to carry your bags up multiple flights of stairs. Parking is difficult; pay attention to the directions for parking provided by the hotel.

Nice room, good breakfast, good location
We were surprised that there is no air conditioning . The towels had a very bad smell of humidity.
