La piscina, las instalaciones, la cercanía con la playa, la paciencia para manejar un grupo grande

Lo único que veo oportunidad es la calidad de las almohadas, sin embargo el Hotel es una belleza. Espero volver.

La ubicación y prestaciones del hotel, la atención del personal y los espacios integrados con jardines, vista alguna zona de bosque y fácil y rápida salida a la playa.

En relación al hotel: nos hospedamos en la suite 15 y tiene problemas de insonorización, se puede escuchar fuertemente el retumbo de las pisadas de las personas de la habitación de arriba. En relación a la playa: Punta Uva fue durante mucho tiempo una de mis playas favoritas y no por casualidad llegó a estar entre las 50 mejores playas del mundo. Sin embargo, quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de conocerla hace más de cinco años atrás, podemos notar claramente cuánto ha cambiado. La deforestación asociada, directa e indirectamente, a la expansión comercial, el deterioro de su estero, el socavamiento de la arena que ha generado desniveles y dificultades para ingresar al mar, la caída de árboles y la pérdida de buena parte de la flora y fauna que le daban su belleza y carácter natural han transformado considerablemente el lugar. Es una lástima ver cómo un sitio que alguna vez se sentía tan especial y natural ha ido perdiendo parte de ese encanto. Para quienes conocimos la Punta Uva de hace algunos años, la diferencia es evidente. Personalmente, después de esta experiencia, ya no puedo considerarla entre mis playas favoritas.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and staff were fantastic. Jeremy, Sarai, Maria, whoever cooked the breakfast Tipico…and many others who’s names I have forgotten…were all great with arranging tours, giving advice for dining, and making sure all our needs were met. They were very patient with my not great Spanish. Some staff spoke English but for the most part in the entire Punta Uva area, you will want to bring your Spanish. We saw some bad reviews about the restaurant but we can not agree with that. While the variety may not be what some are looking for, we ate there at least 5 nights and only repeated once. The arroz con camarones was delicious. Free room service, perfect remote location within walking of great beaches and restaurants (Arrecife beach and restaurant, Selvin restaurant), pool with bar for drinks and snacks, and toucan, parrot and agouti viewing from my balcony…..what’s not to like? We had a fantastic stay.

The bathroom needed more wall hooks to hang towels and clothing on. Seriously, that’s it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For other travelers information: The kitchenette was sparse with only two glasses, two cups, and two spoons but we are not into self service when on vacation so it was fine for us. They will bring/replace items quickly when asked so we had no issues. Another guest commented that the pool music was louder than they would have preferred but I think that might only matter if your cabana was bordering that area.

Me gusto la cercanía a la playa y lo linda de la.playa, la pileta esta muy bien y la limpieza era buena.

La atencion de alguno de los empleados, en particular una recepcionista española que no tuvo las mejores formas.
