We loved this condo! Fabulous views from the large windows that spanned the dining and living areas. The windows and balcony wrapped around on this corner unit from the east to the south side providing lots of views and light. The condo was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. The Seagull condo building was well maintained and the pool was refreshing and cool.

We had a wonderful time. The place is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The view is unmatched. We love seeing the ocean with the panoramic windows.

Our unit had the perfect accommodations for our party of 6. Beds were very comfortable, which is sometimes hard to come by. Having 3 full baths and a washer and dryer was great as well. We will definitely rent this one again!

SPI was just fine very attentive to 2 repairs/maintenance issues. The condo, however, needs some issues addressed or they will have a hard time getting return renters. Disregard any minor needs but there are no window treatments so the ones that are barely there are fluff. We had to wear sunglasses to eat breakfast the sun doesn't leave the living area until around .
