It was a nice base location for us to travel out of Queenstown into the Mountains. Great parking with the hotel located in the corner of a long shopping / industrial estate 7km from Queenstown itself. Super convenient having landed in the airport around the corner.
Advertised as a luxury hotel but really more of a convenient 3/4 star. Much smaller and compact than we expected from research / the advertising pictures.
Obviously big initial investment was put into the hotel but hasn’t been well maintained since - there was a big stain on our door, soap dispenser was broken and the shower head had a leak coming out the side of it. There’s also an obsolete Alexa in the room that only is blocked from doing any task except telling acting as an alarm clock.

Bathroom layout awkward. Shower splashy couldn’t find the hairdryer though I’m sure there was one
