The location and the bed were very comfortable.
Upfront $100 damage fee hold seems excessive, but understandable.

Location was great.
Hallway stairs were dirty. Room was dirty and comforter was stained and had holes. After asking to re-clean the room and new comforter it was still dirty and same comforter.

The front counter last was pleasant at times, she helped us with our bags upstairs since there is no elevator or escalated, when we ran out of toilet paper, when i asked for more, the lady looked at me like I did something wrong. But provided. Language barrier,(Asian) frig very cold, no roaches, no bugs, clean. I would come back 👍🏽
Language barrier (Asian) no elevator or escalator
