Best Western Westminster Inn

Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was clean. Rate was fair. Convenient location. Nice pool and spa.

It appeared to have many unoccupied rooms and there were other guests next door and upstairs. Walls are very thin and neighbors were loud into the early morning hours (3 AM). We had to call the front desk who did come and ask the neighbors to calm, down. They did but put on the TV so we couldn't hear them arguing. Bathroom was very dated and could use an upgrade. Very loud A/C and bathroom fan. Front desk people need to know how to get people to the hotel. Our GPS went out about 5 miles away from the hotel. I called and got directions, but the clerk couldn't tell me if I should go north, south, east or west. He also gave us the name of a cross street that was wrong. This added about 30 minutes to our trip to the hotel.

It was easy to get to this property. My trip was in Long Beach but it was too expensive to stay there. This was a great location and a better price. The breakfast was great, parking was easy, and the staff were very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable and slid around on the floor easily. You couldn’t sit on the bed and lean back against the wall without it moving. The bathroom wasn’t explicitly dirty, but it definitely needed a deep scrub and looked like only surface cleaning had been done.
