Great place to stay! It had everything we needed. Very clean and comfy beds and the coffee bar was awesome! We were in town for the races and it was just a 10 Uber ride to get over there so incredibly convenient! Karen is a wonderful host and quick to respond. Hope to stay again next year!

Cozy, Country Cottage was the perfect vrbo for us. It was clean and close to all of the attractions in Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this cottage.Best,Mary Rompf

Communication with Karen was great--she's very attentive.
The house itself is a little bit on the older side, it's hard to tell from pics that the house is off a main road, so not as much a 'cabin feel' if you want a secluded/foresty place. The backyard is great for dogs.
