The resort property was very nice, maintained extremely well. The Condo itself was clean and functional. The staffing we're pleasant to speak with.

Great stay at Bali Hai. The unit had everything we needed. Excellent location on the north shore, near Hanalei Bay and Tunnels beaches. Grounds are well kept and very pretty. We were quite happy with our experience.

Great stay!!’ Not crowded. Pools lovely. Quiet, first floor unit. Could hear the birds singing! However, one issue was the patio had lLOTS of dried bird droppings...asked front desk to have someone come and clean it, but sadly that never happened, so NOT a sanitary area to have outdoor lunch/dinner.
