Club Wyndham Ka ‘Eo Kai

We had a wonderful stay here. Since this is a non-air conditioned property, it’s good to know that the evening breeze keeps things cool and comfortable at night. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel communicates through text, which made everything incredibly convenient. It was easy to ask questions, get updates, and communicate with the staff throughout our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. We traveled with a medically sensitive child with special needs, and after learning about our daughter, they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine care meant so much to our family. The young lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was especially amazing. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Amenities were good, staff were very friendly, no ac in room but still felt fine. One of the window screens was a little open and rooms could have been a little cleaner but a good stay overall.

The property is dated but the places are quite large with big decks. We had a termite issue in our kitchen that couldn’t be resolved while we were in it. They offered to move us but we decided to just deal with the cleaning the counters and stove top rather than move to a less desirable unit. One pool, the nicest one, was not open for several days during our stay. The property was reasonably priced.
