Hotel Casa de sal

La habitación amplia, el personal muy atento.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la recepción y a la habitación, con maletas y el calor no es sencillo. La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se anegaba el agua a la hora de bañarse, no había shampoo ni gel de ducha, fue hasta el segundo día que rellenaron. Solo estos detalles

Nice2 little independent hotel in the middle of the main beach in Acapulco. Staff were super helpful and relaxed. The pool is great (I mostly had it to myself) - there is sun and shade on it all day. The room looked exactly like the picture, with a huge bed and a good rain shower too. I felt safe on the side street leading to the hotel and had no problem with the front door as mentioned in other reviews. Great location for taking the buses up and down the coast.

It's not the cleanest hotel - some of the towels were stained (the staff hanged them when asked) and the sheets had black marks on them. The breakfast is expensive for what it is - you're better off going for chilaquiles nearby. There's no fridge in the room (although there is a communal one to share). It would be good to have some basics like bottled water available.

La ubicación, sus muebles.

Elegí esa habitación porque tenía tina de hidromasaje y no funcionaba, y pues no lo pude tomar , lo reporte y solo me dijeron que ya la habían arreglado recientemente y fue todo. No me gusto que hay letreros por todo el cuarto con mil reglas que ya están escritas en el reglamento, es mega incomodo verlo por todo la habitación con letras grandes, y tampoco me gusto que se dicen ser petfriendly te cobran 250 en efectivo por la mascota y tiene prohibido hacer todo, hasta respirar casi casi, eso no es petfriendly.
