The location is really nice, and the staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. The breakfast location and the views are beautiful.
The hotel is located in the old part of the town which means that you can park your car at the designated parking area and then walk uphill for a few minutes which is ok if the weather is nice but it can become tricky if it's raining.

Breakfast was exceptional. Beautiful setting, delicious and abundant fresh fruit (home-grown), relaxed.
Access a little difficult with large suitcases (though friendly staff were most helpful). No curtains in the rooms (so a little too light at night).

We loved everything. The best part is that it’s traditional Italy with amazing views over lake como
Nothing.

Property is ok, beautiful views. Long walk from the parking( bare in mind parking is not always available there).
Breakfast is non existent really as u cant call a cold egg and old cherries a breakfast. Full of flies, no selection whatsoever. Very dissapointing.
Cleaners havent changed out towels and we havent no one to ask to do it as there is absolutely no one in the property.no management
