The house was in a great spot, plenty of space. Nice outdoor area for grilling and eating outside. Great view for the sunset too!

The house description is accurate with the property being very easy to locate. The check in process started a little rocky because the code we were issued did not work, but we called and the code was changed and we were all set. The house is nice but is on the older side with a charming feel. One of the biggest problems is that if you have a large group there is only 1 tv in the small sitting area at a angle that is blocked by the fireplace. A second tv should be put in the larger living room and that would accommodate larger family's who like to sit together enjoy the view, play a board game, or read with their children. All that said the place was nice and I enjoyed my stay very much. I love Morro Bay

Amazing house to stay at, the house and kitchen was SO well stocked so that we had everything we needed! When we weren’t playing some of the games they had, we took so many walks to the nearby nature preserve and town to thrift. Host was very very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommended to all our friends and will be back!
