Good location

Two lifes worked among three. It took ages to wait for the lifts.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and a nice pool.

A little far out from the main attractions

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and everything tasting fresh and delicious. The kids especially enjoyed the beef rice noodles and the ice cream! It was a wonderful way to start the day, and we really appreciated the quality and selection of the breakfast.

The laundry room requires coins, so we need to exchange cash to obtain coins just to use the machines. It would be much more convenient if credit card payment were accepted, or if coins could be provided at the hotel.

Bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Good toiletries - Peter Thomas Roth - very nice. Housekeeping was good and front desk staff were pleasant

There was no concierge, so you had to book your own taxis, there were no porters, so no assistance with luggage. They have this really stupid pool system - you are allowed 1.5 hours, then you must leave the pool for 10 minutes and then you can go back! You cannot get anything except coke/Diet Coke at the rooftop pool, and you are not allowed to go down to the bar and buy a drink and bring it up. Sunbeds are not very comfortable. The hotel bar is a strange cafe type place- you can get very limited cocktails there but it really is not a nice relaxing place to be. Breakfast selection was obviously more aimed at the Far Eastern market with limited western choices and there is very little to do around the hotel.
