De setting, surrounding and location is amazing. Breakfast is nice as well.

Learning for the hotel: I think for a rather luxurious boutique hotel the staff should be more proactive. It had the feeling they were interns more than trained hospitality staff. Their attitude felt a bit passive. For example during the breakfast there is a little menu that says you could order eggs but it wasn’t clear where neither any one came asking. When asked about the rooftop bar they just said it was in another hotel of theirs witouth any willingness to guide us. Not too big of dealbreakers but true feedback on how they could elevate the hotel experience of the guests.

The setting, especially the garden. Lovely room, calm atmosphere and exceptionally good breakfast. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were professional and friendly.
