Impression Moxché by Secrets - Adults Only

Just came back from Impressions Moxche by Secrets. The hotel is beautiful and the swimming pools are amazing (there are 14 swimming pools!) The food is amazing, the best I ever had at an all inclusive hotel. Cielo restaurant was so delicious for lunch and diner. We also loved the breakfast at Sea side. French restaurant was just ok Asian restaurant was good Beautiful and luxury rooms with everything you need (mosquito repelent and sun screen)

The beach is terrible, black water from sargassum and horrible smell (I had to wash all my clothes and shoes twice) but they do everything to clean it every day all day! The staff especially at Impressions bar and pool was not so nice and friendly. 1. Lucia always had a not nice attitude that made me feel not so welcome. She never used a measuring cup she just poured by eye, which made her cocktails simply not good. 2. When I went to get 2 beers a pool waiter asked me (I am native Spanish so I understood correctly) “And now what do you want miss?” (Y ahora que quiere señorita?!) 3. When you ask for a good tequila or other good alcohol you need to look what they are doing otherwise they will give you the cheapest one even if you asked for a specific one. 4. The menu at Cielo was not clear for me so I asked a waiter to clarify is Shrimp, New York Chumichurri was one dish or two separate dishes and the waiter look at me as I was stupid and answer “is very easy to understand one is in Spanish and another in English”. Overal the hotel is amazing but i would’t not come back due to smell and seaweed.

La atención del personal La comida Las piscinas

Que el spa no solucionará el tema del sauna roto ubicado en vestuarios masculinos durante los 10 días de nuestra estancia ,muy disgustado por ese tema .

La comida excelente, amenidades muy bonitas, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y la atención del personal excelente

La playa con sagarzo sé que es problema general pero aún si te pone triste
