100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
Prime location and a comfy bed.
Extremely tiny, but it is Midtown so that’s to be expected.

Great location
Only Stairs and no elevator
Very hard to carry luggage specially for elders.
Also very noisy during night hours.

- bedding was comfortable
- having the sink in the room was useful
- toilets and bathrooms, even though shared, were clean and well-maintained
- the staff (Maria in particular) were professional, polite and kind
- the owner's behaviour. Not inappropriate, but a bit strange in terms of mannerism. Didn’t like some of the opinions he espoused.
- the dining area is too small
- there are two toilets on each floor and one of them is just ridiculously small

Kind, helpful staff, room was clean, bathrooms clean, great coffee, nice continental breakfast. Very close to Penn Station, we walked to Broadway shows.
There is no staff between 11:00pm and 8:00am. There is an emergency, after hours phone number posted on the office door, but it only rings in the office. Very early in the morning some guests were trapped in their room, due a broken door knob. We finally had to call the fire department to get them out! Our door knob also had issues, thankfully we weren’t trapped as well.
