Checking into the hotel was kind of chaotic but it was because of a linen delivery situation.. staff was helpful and we had no issues with our room.

Nice, small rooms (but bigger than most small rooms I’ve stayed in in NYC - and better laid out). The location is great (close to Penn Station and two train lines). The big stars go to the staff working the desk. They were super friendly, super helpful and worked so well under pressure (check out time was a rush hour and they were super cool and helpful). My girlfriend left a few things in our room after we checked out and it was not a problem getting back in.
