The information given for check in was thorough and really easy to follow. they supplied a video to get the keys and everything was as it should be. The amenities in the accommodation were good and thought about. Beds, towels etc all clean and comfortable too.
I didn't realise that there was a holding deposit when I booked which was completely my own mistake and i was very hesitant to send cash via BACS. i would have preferred a block on my card. I also didn't like how unresponsive the hosts were before I paid the deposit. That being said once I had they were incredibly accommodating and responsive and also my money was returned very quickly.

Fantastic location in the West End, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Bright and sunny apartment, and fairly spacious.
Many aspects felt tired, or not well looked after. The flush in the en-suite was broken, in the main bathroom several of the tiles squelched when you stood on them, so there was clearly a damp problem.
The bedding and pillows were old and well-used, particularly in the main bedroom, and I would have expected more for the money.
