We definitely loved the overall apartment and location. It was very spacious and well laid out. Amenities including having the two bathrooms was perfect for our. The only downside items were the heat was kicked out on our arrival but when contacted those fairly quick to get resolved. couple things like to broken door handles and latches. The most important negative to mention for ourselves was the incorrect description of on-site parking on the listing. Only very expensive street parking close to apartment. Unless a card holder for the area limited to three hours between 8am and 10 p.m. with a rate of £1.20/15 minutes and £100 fine that is fearcely enforced! I did thankfully find £8 for 24 hour parking lot behind The Old School around the corner 5 minute walk away. Thankfully the morning we parked out front in the only space, a no parking zone, to load up, the enforcement people that jusped out of their car across the street didn't just run over and hand us a ticket! Handy piece of information we should have had before we arrived.

This place is in a great location and was very welcoming. Definitely recommend

This is a nice place to stay with a very convenient location in Glasgow. Local eateries and groceries were an easy walk away. It is close to the University but also convenient to other attractions. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood location that seemed a bit more authentic that staying in a tourist area hotel.

Communication with the host was problematic. We requested a stay change and while they agreed, it took a significant process to have them actually fix the reservation. There were no access instructions for arrival, and we had to call VRBO after trying to reach out to the host. The listing indicated parking on site, wording which would indicate dedicated parking spots. However, that is not the case. It is street parking in an extremely crowded area where many of the surrounding streets have personal street spaces that were not available to visitors. The refrigerator is dorm sized with no freezer space in it at all, and the washer/dryer combo unit washed, but did not dry. Finally, it was cold in the flat all the time. The beds and furnishings were comfortable, and the bathrooms were fine but the showers and sinks were small.
