It smelled very fresh and our daily housekeeping was excellent.
Her last night there there was so much crazy noise, not due to the hotel, but just the motorcycles revving and so forth very late at night

The breakfast was good and the location was amazing. We went with friends to Top Golf and it was so close to the Hyatt Place. We also went to the Columbus Zoo and to the Lantern festival at the zoo in the evening. Best zoo by far
Everything was fine. I suppose the pool could have been a little warmer.

The breakfast quality was good. Staff were not prepared for the morning, and the wait was long for fresh food throughout the morning
We booked for a little swim fun. The hotel did not share that the heater was broken when checking in so it wasnt an enjoyable temperature. Also, there were never swim towels available. We swam in the early evening hours on day 1 as well as the next morning, right after breakfast. We had to go up to our room dripping wet and extremely cold
