We stayed while visiting family. The pool complex was especially enjoyable with our 4 year old grandson. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The staff was exceptional - at check-in, during our stay and at check-out. We will likely stay again in the future.

My breakfast was great, not a cold continental breakfast. There was a variety of hot foods.
My room has a king size bed and there was firm and soft pillows.
I did not go to the pool.
Also, I had to call to let the front desk know I would be late and please to not give my room away. I was coming from Tennessee then got caught in traffic. And I was told to be careful and safe in my travels. (very professional).
Nothing,
Before Holiday Inn Express it was Holiday Inn. In the 1970's and 1980's Holiday Inn was the ONLY hotel my father would allow us to stay in when we were on vacation. So what that being said I know the quality of Holiday Inn. as my father would say the ONLY Hotel for him and his family. (EXCEPTIONAL)

Clean, classy, close to entertainment and have excellent breakfast choices!
Our room happened to be beside the elevator mechanical room, so we had some noise from that.

The indoor swimming pool is very good for families with small children.
There’s poor insulation between rooms so you could hear the people next door (child crying and toilets flushing in the middle of the night). Breakfast was basic. Also, the morning front desk man during checkout had his personal airpods on. I think this is disrespectful because he should pay attention to customers.
