The hotel is in a perfect location in the city. It’s very smart, secure and quiet. The breakfast was superb and the room was spacious and comfortable.
As mentioned by a previous traveller, we had an issue with the shower. The shower room was at the top of some stairs without a handrail which is not ideal for older guests. The shower tray was almost flat and did not drain properly. The water leaked over the top of the tray into the room very quickly and we had to put towels there to mop up the water and this also made the floor of the shower room extremely slippery.

Booked this for my mother and cousin’s trip to Porto. Great location. Nice staff. Decent accommodation. Good breakfast. But something went wrong for half their stay! See below.
Aircon stopped working for their second night there. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t do anything about it. They were asked to keep their window open. Being in the second floor of a hotel on a super busy street, and it was a rainy night, this was impossible.
