Building location on the slope. Nice design of the apartment. Comfortable bed and shower. Everything needed in the kitchen. Good communication with the owner. There is a restaurant and terrace on the first floor, where you can get coffee/breakfast.

The location of the room is between parking and elevator so sometimes it's a bit noisy. It was not very clean and wifi sometimes didn't work, but this is not the fault of the owner as these services are provided by the building management and are common for all rooms/buildings in New Gudauri.

The design of the room was amazing

Was perfect for a getaway just few steps from mountains and snow and very very close to the ski park and lift!! perfect for ski vacation! the property or apartment itself was spotless very comfortable and warm great equipment for kitchen and cooking very comfortable bed and amazing views we really enjoyed everything, you can walk and rent ski equipment in same building or next to it, grocery store well supplied and very close, forgot to mention close to restaurant and bars, also if staying in the room very good tv (netflix) and internet

It was great, just probably having extra toilet paper and soap for longer stay 😂 and we needed extra days haha , no complains at all
