The location. The room was clean, there was a heater if needed. The kitchen was good with facilities for cooking, a microwave and a fridge freezer available. Breakfast was adequate and a picnic bag provided if departing before. Good communication with remote access instructions given which were accurate and easy to understand. I didn’t see staff during my stay but not needed. It’s easy to walk into the centre from the property and there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars very nearby.
The property has wooden floors which make it really noisy with people coming in and out. I was located on the ground floor by the front door which probably made it seem worse. The last night of my stay was very noisy for some time after 10pm; I only mention it as guests are requested to respect the other residents and neighbours as a residential area and it was incredibly noisy that night.

The breakfast was good. We had a sandwich, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea. We needed to leave for the airport very early, so we were given a sack breakfast to take. The area was quiet at night. We were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Really liked having use of a shared kitchen.

The staff was nice and answered fast when needed. Located not too far away from the center if you don't mind walking.
Not a safe neighborhood at night (lots of homeless people yelling). And hot water usage is restricted for shower, sometimes not lasting more than a few minutes, in winter it can be quite a hassle.

Terrible location.
Really difficult to find this place, no signage, dark, drove around for 30 minutes in a foreign city at night trying to find this place and no way to reach anyone for directions or assistance.
