Closely located to the main station. The water pressure and temperature in the shower are very good. The bed was comfortable.

Before you book: be aware that check in is not possible after 7 pm. No exceptions made. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours so we would have been at the accommodation at 9pm. But the host said it would not be possible to check in any more so we had to book another hotel for the first night. We could not get a refund, so we had to pay double. The host repeatedly said that they are not a hotel and can not offer check-in after 7 pm. I think if you offer an accommodation with several rooms you should make it possible for your paying guests to arrive late. Especially if they had a horrible day with flight delays. And if it’s just not possible, grant refunds for your guests. The walls are very thin. We could hear other guest speak, snore, fart and use the bathroom. Also the front door slams very loud which made us wake up at night. There was black mold in de shower.

Convenient location - next to train station and with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. 3 minutes to via Roma and airport shuttle bus stop. Quiet boutique hotel on the ground floor in an old building with a separate entrance. Comfortable bed, adequate facilities, clean and comfortable room. Special thanks to Alice for arranging early check in for us and offering to store our luggage!

The place is very central, located in a very beautiful building. There is a little fridge and some other items, such as a lot of towels and the flowers, that show effort to make the stay comfortable. Management is very friendly, and one can see the effort made to make it cozy.

Upon my arrival, the bathroom was dirty, with traces of someone else previously used. The place is very dusty, and walls, tiles, and door handles need to be cleaned. They have not been cleaned even after i asked for a person to come to clean the day after my arrival. It doesn't cost a fortune to clean the bathroom tiles. The bed structure is falling apart. Overall, it is not worth the price, in my opinion. My WhatsApp was requested as a platform for communication instead of the supported booking one. Upon my arrival, a person who was not aware of all the rules and on top of it could not even speak properly, neither Italian nor English, was there to handle the room keys. I understand that this can happen, but not for this price! I think it was very unfortunate, and I am not happy to write this review, but they are making a business out of it - some basic requirements need to be met.
