very comfortable, clean and spacious. tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches. stunning views from its high vantage point, conveniently located in a quiet area within walking distance of the town

It would have been nice to have had a pint of milk left in the fridge so we could have made a cuppa on our arrival (there were teabags though) we had out go out to the shops to purchase once we discovered none had been provided. This was annoying but doable for us as we arrived late afternoon but if we had arrived late at night that would not have been possible, considering what we paid for our stay I don't feel its unreasonable to expect this staple item on our arrival. No information information pack about the apartment or about Malvern, eateries, shops etc

This is a lovely apartment. We've stayed there several times and really enjoyed it. The facilities are great and it's very clean. The view is wonderful and the apartment very spacious. It's also very quiet (and there's a nice pub just down the road!)

The property was lovely. Everything was of a high standard - though fridge could have been bigger. Loved the open plan dining/ loving area . Excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Really really annoyed by the builders next door. 7am start Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday morning which severely disturbed our sleep and the ambience in the mornings. I requested them to stop Sunday which they did until 9am. This absolutely should have been made known to us . It is clearly a long standing building project and I think agreements need to be made and these made known to visitors. I would not have booked had I been aware. I tried to email but the link bounced back so have no way of contacting the owners. This really ruined our stay and we would like to request compensation.
