This was our second time staying here with my wife and kids, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! Lisa has been incredibly accommodating. She even allowed us to bring our dog after our last-minute pet-sitting arrangements fell through, which we really appreciated. The beach house is in the perfect location, and everything about our stay was enjoyable. We can’t wait to book again next year!

This is our 4th time staying in GEM. It is the ideal spot with walking proximity to the beach and the village. So many places are large for several people and this is always great for our family of 3. Lisa is an amazing communicator and responds extremely quick with any questions or needs. Location has onsite laundry available (just bring your own detergent) which is great for doing laundry part way through the trip. Highly recommend!

Lisa was a lovely host, our check in went well. Everything was as described, with cute little added touches throughout. We had everything we needed and more to be able to enjoy our stay!

Lisa is as great
