We LOVED this house, it was clean and cozy. Close to everything and the golf cart rides in the evenings made us not want to leave. We have already discussed a return trip very soon

Sell the golf cart. Only used it once as the distance to everything was overwhelming so we used our car for rest of day. Cleanliness and spaciousness were good. Master bath small and difficult for seniors to use and toilet was not comfort height. Neighborhood was quite as it was totally residential and dated.
