Clean property with comfortable beds. Great location on the island. The pool area is beautiful. Owner provided golf cart which was very handy.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Use of the golf cart was fun and made exploring A.M.I. easy. Appreciated the “heads up” from the owners about the parking rules on the island. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, walk to beach, Golf Cart, Jacuzzi & Pool A. Bikes and beach chairs were in the garage for use. We enjoyed our stay, local restaurants like The Porch and The Waterfront which was a quick golf cart ride away. Used the beach in front of Sandbar Restaurant and went up for drinks, very convenient. We ordered Publix food and beverage delivery a day before we arrived to be delivered after check in, stayed away from the traffic on the island.

The home was more than we could hope for. It was great for the eight of us. Lots of stairs but gates at the top were an added bonus. The location was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. The golf cart was needed and used for beach days and dinner outings. The pool was enjoyed by all. Most of the house was spotless. I would say the only thing I think that would help make it better would be for the cleaning service to clean floors more thoroughly. However, we are already planning another trip and staying here.
