We loved the Bateman. House was very clean and held 5 grandchildren with lots of fun amenities.

Second year renting this home or our family vacation. House meets every need and then some. Spotless and great location near the beach (just a few blocks away and a quick bike ride) and town. The pool/games/outdoor area is unsurpassed and being on the canal is a bonus. We had only one minor issue with a noisy commode and it was we addressed within a few hours. Thank you or another wonderful visit. Thank you for choosing to stay with us again! We're so glad the home continues to be the perfect fit for your family vacation. It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the location, canal setting, and all the outdoor amenities, especially the pool and game area. We're also happy we could quickly take care of the minor issue during your stay. Providing responsive service is important to us, and we appreciate you mentioning it. Thank you for your kind words and for returning for another year. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for many more memorable visits to Anna Maria Island! ☀️🌴🏡

Beautiful home for relaxing stay, near the beach and a dock included, we loved to fish there

So this property was nice don’t get me wrong but it’s definitely under surveillance or being monitored which made me feel very uncomfortable. Could definitely use a deep clean we found random dirty articles of clothing in the furniture but overall a really nice time . Close to beach as well
