We absolutely loved this house. It's in a gorgeous neighborhood, and felt so much larger than the pictures. 10/10, will definitely be renting again. One tip- the air conditioning BLASTS! Bring an extra blanket or cozy clothes for hanging around the house, especially if you're downstairs. We didn't want to turn it up too high because it was nearly 100F during the day, but downstairs rooms are chilly.

Great home for large gathering.

The location was perfect, and the house was very spacious for 2 families (5 adults and 4 kids). Our check-in experience was marred by being unable to get into the house by accidentally locking ourselves out and it took a while to get in touch with the hosts. The house was as described, but it is a bit worn and it seems it needs a little TLC to justify the price (drawers were loose, bedframes were wiggly and moved with the slightest shifting of body weight, towels were worn, knobs were loose, the hottub cover was not attached, hot-tub temp was stuck at 108F, the back deck outdoor table was splintering and a few boards were loose in the deck (trip hazard)). We definitely want to return to Sedona, and we would consider staying at this property again if some updates were completed as again, the location is excellent.

Great house and host
