The home spans two levels and includes a main residence and a separate guest house, together accommodating up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with 5,100 square feet of living space. The outdoor pool is typically open seasonally during the warmer months (generally Memorial Day through Labor Day). Guests can purchase day passes directly through the City of Sedona. Hours and schedules may vary.
