This house accommodates all 14 of us ranging from 83 to 11! Lower screened in room was better this year as well as the new couch in the downstairs area. Drain was backed up from no sink strainer on right when we arrived and dishwasher wasn’t working. Both issues addressed immediately but not fun to not have a dishwasher and 14 ppl for most of the week. The 2 living rooms upstairs are nice for us to spread out and the teens took the lower area. We sat on the deck in morning and evening. Barely buggy with the breeze! Golf cart is amazing as well as the linen service and good pillows. Looking fwd to next year!

What a wonderful experience!! The host was very quick to respond and help. The house was beautiful and so close to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again

We have stayed here two years in a row and love this home. We are so sad it’s not available for the week of the 4th next year. Hope to be back again.

We have been coming to Litchfield for years and this has been our favorite house so far. It is very spacious and we loved the dock, bedrooms and large kitchen. Can't wait to come back next year.
