We loved our stay. Close to the beach, clean and updated home, and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would stay again in the future!

10/10 recommend! this place was amazing- super clean and cute! the bathrooms are a little small but it was the perfect amount of space for me and my boyfriend! super close to the beach & also to the main town of rosemary beach. great amenities and a nice outdoor shower. host was super nice and communicative. would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sandpiper.

My husband and I visited the sand piper for our baby moon. Upon arrival our access code did not work, after finally getting it touch with the management company we got into the property. It was extremely dirty. Walls were covered in stains, sofa as well was covered with stains, so dirty we refused to sit down. I had to place a blanket over the sofa. Dish washer was full of unwashed dishes that had soured. Dirty sheets!!!! The only thing I have good to say about this property is the location. The location is perfect - literally in walking distance to the beach. I am not one to write reviews but based off of previous reviews I felt mislead. I wish I would have known this before arriving!
