Beautiful condo! Very roomy. Furniture was up to date and in good condition. Nice whirlpool appliances. Plenty of towels and linen. Patio door on left was broken and railing outside was coming apart. Broken window in 2nd bedroom. Over all we loved it and would definately rent again. And the pool was nice!

Beautiful property. The view was awesome. Thanks so much for sharing your property.

Nice

My first review was rejected; apparently it was too detailed or too honest. This is a less detailed rewrite. The unit is clean and nicely decorated; the beds are comfortable; the kitchen is decently outfitted. There was plenty of space and a decent view. However, my number one wish was for a sea view. The photos led me to believe I would have a close view of the dunes and the Gulf beyond. But the condo is not on the dunes; you look across a large grassy area and pool to the dunes in the distance. It was ok, but not what I expected. Also, while the condo was clean, it was not properly maintained. There are many paint scrapes and the bathroom door in the main bedroom stubbornly swung open every time I tried to close it. Also, one of the big sliding doors was broken and would not lock – I didn’t feel particularly safe. Finally, be sure to ask for a detailed map showing the location of the unit. We only had the unit number and a Google-type map. There are multiple buildings with no signs, and the units are not numbered sequentially. We arrived after dark when the office was closed; we spent at least 20 stressful minutes trying to find the unit.
