Excellent location fabulous staff Comfortable bed.

Our room was bit dark as ground floor overlooking courtyard so had to have lamps on during the day. But wasn’t a problem really The fresh fruit at breakfast was amazing but I did miss the pastries or croissants which would have been nice .

The room was absolutely beautiful, great breakfast, and the staff were very helpful in making sure we made the most of our trip.

The only possible improvement could be having an AC in the room, the fan wasn't very effective.

Very good localisation in the city center. we had a quiet room without noise from the streets.

I wanted to cancell my reservation when I noticed to book a room without private bathroom. The hotel despite my request ddint agree. just upon arrival they offered a room with bathroom but of course with additional cost to cover for 'the upgrade'. in the room it was high humidity and no ventilation- was difficult to stay and breathe. the hotel does not have a 'private parking' nor tennis court. They give instructions to public free parking slots - we were lucky to park it but I doubt if its possible in high season. the only very positive about the stay was the localisation.
