Property was fantastic and hosts were great. We had one issue and Alberto jumped right on it. Francesca was super and her and her Mom made us a fantastic dinner. Property is up on hill with great views of valley below. Narrow roads but fun to drive. Home was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Lucca is a wonderful old walled city. Very easy to get to from the house, but you definitely need a rental car. My family had a wonderful time and we were sad to leave.

Perfect hosts from beginning to end, they thought of everything. Impeccable property, especially the kitchen and dining area, absolutely everything you could ask for. Thank you so much for a very memorable family trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for those nights when cooking in. Home was set up as a home away from home with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Home was ideal for several quests with each having their own space. Best of all were the hosts - if we could give 10 stars we would. They were so helpful and easy to get in touch with and they were full of ideas and suggestions of what to do and where to go - they were amazing!

We stayed at Villa Carnicelli to celebrate my wife's birthday with a group of our friends. It was a wonderful weekend thanks to the amazing property and the fantastic hosts - Francesca and her parents. The house itself is renovated to such a high standard, with beautiful rooms and surroundings. Francesca and her family helped to make our stay extra special, we loved the amazing dinner for my wife's birthday and the pasta making class. We hope to return in the future to enjoy this beautiful villa again!
