The location was one of the major reasons we picked this hotel for our stay and that was perfect. It was close to everywhere we needed to go in the city. The staff was so amazing and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and great value for money. The room was clean even though it was a little outdated. The hotel is getting a full upgrade and we would be very happy to stay there once the renovation is complete.
The property was under renovation and we had not been informed prior to arrival which felt like an oversight on their part as we are not local and had no idea. The construction noise was loud so we appreciate that staff at least told us that at check-in. The upgraded parts of the hotel look great though so I am sure it will beautiful once it is completed.

The staff was very professional and kind. Rose my massage therapist was exceptional.
The hotel is under construction.No pool no garden very disappointing.
