The house was great but the neighborhood was a little sketchy

I came to Louisville with a group of friends for a music festival. This house was perfect, had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. It’s was a short uber ride to the Expo center. There is a great taqueria and convenience store on the corner and Kroger just down the road.

The property is comfortable and clean. The layout of the condo works well. everything is new and all works well. The neighborhood in the evening is a little rough, fine in the daylight and the neighbors are friendly.

First the good: Very modern interior. Living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Beds VERY comfortable! Bathrooms, very modern. Showers great. Nice deck but nothing to see but trash down the alley. Now the bad: Neighborhood is very sketchy. Outside and surrounding areas are the pits! Garbage everywhere!
