Loved the residential lobby. Always quiet and easy to come and go. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean.

This is our second year staying in this same apartment and we love it so much! Amenities are great, apartment is comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back next year again!

Fantastic winter getaway to this penthouse on south beach. Absolutely Five Stars across the board.

First of all this apartment is for four persons. There was a charge of 400 dollars for extra beds which was never mentioned. And the beds came the day after we arrived. We were a family of six. We had ordered a wheelchair and payed. But it was not delivered. The dryer was broken when we arrived and was never fixed during our entire stay. When you are renting out an apartment for this amount. Go and buy a new dryer. We could not even wash and dry our towels. The coffee machine was broken. The air conditioner in the room was not working. And the TV in the master bedroom never worked and the TV in the living room was not working properly. We complained about this many times. When you’re on vacation you don’t want to have to do that every day. I was told that they were sorry and would contact me..they never did. . So I would say that this property is hugely overpriced. Overall the hotel itself is nice. And location is great
