Just like the pictures show. It was clean, convenient, and safe. It was exactly a mile from my daughter's dorm at UF. The property owner was extremely responsive. My husband left his wedding band in the apartment. I received a call that same day to tell me they found the ring and had it in a safe. I was very grateful and impressed!

I enjoyed my stay here. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and felt inviting and comfortable. I enjoyed the gym on the first floor of the building as well. The kitchen had most of the cooking tools you would want and had nice storage in the cabinets. It would be nice if you could add a toaster to the appliances available. I appreciated the keurig coffee maker in the unit. I found the location to be convenient for accessing various attractions around the UF campus. I especially loved going to Depot Park - awesome food trucks, beautiful spaces to walk and read. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here Sept 2021 and were amazed when we opened the electronic door- it is brand new! The unit is on the top floor and quiet- only the units facing the interior parking lot are quiet, the other side faces a busy street. Everything was in order and the assigned parking space (for one car) was perfect. Unit is sized for a couple though can sleep 4.
