Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is perfectly situated at the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach. The home is comfortable, laid out well for larger families and has all the usual necessities. The screened in porch is a favorite as is the outdoor shower under the house. Minor suggestions: replace the Christmas lights on the porch -- many are burned out. The kitchen, while well-equipped, could use a better set of pots and pans -- they're a little well-worn. All in all, a great place to stay. Will likely stay again.

This was perfect for our family! Guest services came to the house the first day to check on us and asked if we needed anything.

Home was clean, spacious for the number of people we took, and the host communication was clear easy and we felt welcomed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
