Excellent location, amazing views (especially from the hot tub) and easy check in. We stayed for a ski trip and loved how convenient it was to the slopes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The VR was a great fit for me and my family. It was clean and cozy. There were just a few issues with the condition of the place, mainly on the exterior, but overall a great little place to stay, and extremely affordable compared to hotel costs in Durango.

Distant enough to be quiet & secluded. Close enough that walking is an option if main purgatory parking lots are full. Private hot tub to recover before and after riding was clutch!

Many positive things about this property. Location was great, beds were cozy, the kids loved the hot tube on the deck. Overall the place was cute and communication with rental company was great. The reason I took 2 stars away was due to the cleanliness of the place. I already spoke with the rental company about the issues and I trust they will be rectified before the next guest arrives. Cute cabin for summer fun.
