Summary:

A 3-bedroom, 4-bath ski-in/ski-out townhome mid-mountain at Purgatory Resort, with a private hot tub and a short walk to the lift. Warm timber accents, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and gas fireplaces in the great room and primary bedroom. Guests also have access to the on-site DMMA clubhouse: heated pool, fitness center, game room, and club bar. No AC; mountain evenings stay cool with windows open. A mandatory 4% resort fee applies to all stays.



Guest Access:

Guest access is completely automated and will be sent via email & text message 7 days prior to arrival.



Other Things to Note:

A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is included in the quote. An optional additional 4% provides access to the Durango Mountain Club, including the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness facility.



PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For direct reservations processed by Modern VRM, $300 is due at booking and is applied to the reservation total; 50% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in; and the remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations collected by an OTA, the payment schedule shown by that channel at checkout controls.



CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation policy displayed by your booking channel at checkout and in your reservation confirmation applies. Please review those terms before booking.



TRAVEL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. During booking, you may have the opportunity to select and purchase travel insurance.
