We have stayed here several times and love it. Kristy is very responsive and very flexible with our early check in as well as our pets being welcome. We can’t wait come back again!! Thank you!!!Cheryle Mundy

We enjoy staying in this quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, and several restaurants within a couple of blocks.I highly recommend. This unit is perfect for two people. It is our third time staying in one of Kristy and Len’s properties. Their properties are always clean, comfy, well taken care of, and have all you need for a vacation. They respond to inquiries and concerns quickly.

I want to start off by saying how beautiful the rental was. Everything was clean and my husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We went to Saint Augustine for our honeymoon and we loved it. We will definitely be going back at some point!

Property was located nice and close to the beach with good parking available. Room was overall nice but the bathroom was not super clean. There was hair in the shower and on the shower walls upon arrival. In the bedroom there was (hopefully) dog hair in the sheets. We opted for changing the sheets with the spare set in the closet and washed the ones previously on the bed. The fan in the bedroom was quite slow and did not provide a lot of air flow. There was a good amount of space in the closets and the laundry room was a good bonus with a washing machine and dryer. Overall, not a bad stay but would have been better if the cleanliness of the room was elevated and matched what was advertised.
