Great trip. Plenty of room. Minor issues : hot tub heater was broken and was not informed prior. We did receive a credit however. AC on top and bottom floor did not work as well as should have. But weather was low 70s so that wasn’t too big of issue. Any hotter outside and it would have been. Only access to 2nd floor is outside to back of house. Luckily no rain at time of stay. So that didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the golf cart, bicycles , and beach chairs that was a major plus. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful view but you could not see beach from house even from the 3 rd floor.

Loved the location. The private beach access was wonderful. The home was spacious for our crew. We also loved the pool.

We had a great time. House is beautiful

The pictures are a lot nicer than in person. Carpet stains, filled holes in the wall and just left them, scary shakey floor boards on the deck, said the pool heater didn’t work and neither did the hot tub. I was very under welcomed with the amount we paid for this place and what we got. It definitely needs some care and updates!
