Just as listed. Good location right in avon. Close to beach, but decent walk up stairs and thru dunes. Worth it when you get to a very nice wide beach. Excellent location for Avon 4th of July fireworks. No compliants or issues.

The hosts Cara and Nate were wonderful. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.

Cottage was as expected on listing. Cute decorations and welcoming home. Fit our needs perfectly. Super dog friendly. Beach walkway is about 100ft. From the cottage. This part of OXB is quieter and less tourists - which is what we wanted this time. Restaurants and great seafood market up the street. We enjoyed bodyboarding, beach, kayaking, sandboarding and jet skiing. Also fun to explore lighthouse and other towns. Great stay!
