Everything was great. The only issue was that the people next to us were extremely loud both nights we were there very late into the night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We appreciated this really central location to everything we wanted to do and see while in Durango. Also, the condo was very clean, loved the high ceilings and views. Manager was a great communicator and information source. The hot tub and sauna were great. Also had good food at Cliffside in the Lodge.

location good. View good. Kitchenette and furnishing looks old. The bed was fresh but sheet could use a good wash . I was itchy afterwards . Found a bug in the sheets as well. The carpet b/w the room and the kitchen was peeling off and the nails were poking out .It stuck my toe and thats when I realized. Its rusted as well. If you are looking for a qick stay and with not much of expectations and only the location matters then this could be ideal
