The property was beautiful and glad we stayed here. However, there are some cons that need to be addressed:- Better directions to the property as it was not clear in the paperwork, a map would have been helpful, we received one after the fact. The address we were given was N Tamarron, the unit accessed via S Tamarron.- There was no toilet paper on the roll holder, no hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom. After searching for them, we put paper on the roll, put out a hand towel and soap that was under the sink.- This VRBO had the least amount of items needed for a stay as there were no coffee filters, no shampoo or conditioner provided, etc. For the price we pay and fees charged, a few more items should have been included.- Suggest providing a floor mat for when you get out of the shower and maybe or hook or two to hang up wet towels.- The outside deck had to be cleared of the cobwebs table wiped clean so that we could sit outside and enjoy the view. - We ate at two restaurants on the property: Mineshaft was great food & service; however Cliffside was not the best experience as the food was not good and the bartender/server was the only one working during dinner hour, better staffing is needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The only negatives were the kitchen layout - too small for cooking - and all the stairs when moving in/out of the unit.

Mineshaft restaurant had excellent food and the staff there were so much fun!!! Chase and the bartender did a phenomenal job!!! Our condo was clean and very well equipped with all we needed for our stay.
